last Tuesday, i listed 540 auctions on eBay. since then, i've been inundated with emails from other countries asking about shipping quotes. totally understandable.

what frustrates me are the people from the U.S. who ask for shipping quotes when the shipping quote (and the shipping quotes for combined auctions) are clearly stated in the auction description. if they would simply take half the time it took to type me the email via eBay, they could have read it for themselves on the auction page.

	you have to use those nifty other ways of typing characters using the & symbol and lt or gt. thanks for the eBay question. i actually thought it was another annoying customer who can't read and typed out a lengthy response. just before i hit reply, i noticed your user name. well done!
